Subscription Policy

What a plan is

A plan sends the item you chose on a repeating schedule and applies the plan price shown on the product page and in your cart at the moment you subscribe. The schedule and the discount that apply to your plan are the ones displayed there — they are part of your order confirmation.

Billing and renewals

The first charge happens when you place the order. Each following delivery is charged to the same payment method on its scheduled date. The date of your next charge is always shown in your account.

Skip, change or cancel

You can skip, reschedule or change a delivery from your account, with no notice period and no fee. There is no minimum term: you can cancel from your first order onward, whenever you like — tell us at least 14 days before the next charge and nothing further is taken; if the next charge is closer than that, the cancellation takes effect after that delivery. There is no cancellation fee. Changes made before the next renewal date apply to that delivery; a change made after it has been charged applies to the delivery after it.

To make a change, use the link in any subscription email, or email help@fondpaws.com with your order number and we will do it for you.

Refunds on plan orders

Plan orders are covered by the same money-back promise as one-time orders — the terms are in our refund policy. A refund on a delivery does not cancel the plan by itself, so tell us if you want the plan stopped as well.

Prices and changes

If the price of a plan changes, we tell you before it takes effect. You can skip that delivery or change your plan from your account, and you are welcome to write to help@fondpaws.com about it. Questions about a plan: help@fondpaws.com.
