BounceBack is sold with a 90 Day Money Back Promise. If it is not right for your dog, you can request a refund within that window.
The 90-day promise
If, within 90 days of your order, you feel BounceBack is not right for your dog, contact us to request a refund of the product price. You do not need to return an empty bottle.
How to request it
Email help@fondpaws.com with your order number and a short note. We will confirm the refund and process it to your original payment method.
Timing
Refunds are issued after we confirm your request. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take several business days for the amount to appear.
Damaged or wrong items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email help@fondpaws.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
